My role within this film was to assist in sound recording the dialogue performed on the day. This included boom operating, and monitoring the recording of l'apelle microphones hidden on the actors. I spent two days on set with the team working together to ensure that all audio was recorded to a clear and high standard. This meant that I needed to make sure that when actors shouted as part of the script, the audio did not clip. 
I found my role phsycally challenging at times, due to the position that I needed to hold the mic and boom pole in. There were occasions where I would be holding the pole up for upwards of twenty minute at a time.
