After putting on from Darker to Darker, I was approached by Nottingham's Pagan Prides lead organiser, 'Esme Knight' and was asked to assist in the organising of the Nottingham show. The position on the team that I have been given is 'Artist Liaison' therefore it will be my job to receive bands applications to play the festival, to distribute bands to different stages and on the day to welcome all of the artists and to ensure that they each band know where to go and are where they need to be at a given time. 

Throughout the time leading up to the festival i was given a number of different responsibilities which involved not only recieving applications and booking bands and artists but much more important responsibilities such as liasing with the council. Some of these roles are as follows; booking all artists, arranging for poster production and distribution, arranging advertisements on social media including event pages, booking venue for after party, booking all equipment to be hired for stage show (for both main and arts stages) including engineers to work on each stage, liase with council regarding noise management policies and procedures, arranging set times and managing main stage on the day, ensuring all relevent artists have efficiant passes or wristbands, independently running and managing the after-party including entry.
